NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stansbury Park Improvement District will hold its Board Meeting on April 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the Stansbury Park Office, 30 Plaza. One of the three Board Members may participate in and join the Board Meeting electronically. The agenda will be as follows:
1. CALL TO ORDER
2. DERALD ANDERSON- REQUEST SPID APPROVAL TO SERVE WATER TO A 4 -LOT SUBDIVISION OFF OF PALMER ROAD IN ERDA
3. DISCUSS POSSIBLE APPROVAL TO INSTALL AN ADDITIONAL STORM DRAIN BOX AND LINE IN THE CUL-DE-SAC OF 21-29 LAKEVIEW
4. REVIEW 2025 WATER AUDIT AND USE TOTALS
5. UPDATE ON SEWER TREATMENT UPGRADE
6. UPDATE ON PURCHASE OF POTENTIAL OFFICE PROPERTY AND APPROVE NEW APPRAISAL
7. MANAGER OPERATION REPORT
8. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES OF MARCH 17, 2026
9. APPROVE FINANCIALS & WARRANTS
