NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 15, 2026 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA, 1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting Called to Order: Welcome; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Review, Discuss & Approve: Minutes - March 18, 2026 3. Review, Discuss & Approve: Monthly Financials - March 2026 4. Department and Council Member Reports: David Nielson (Roads) Susan Outzen (Planning & Zoning) Joe Reynolds (Water) Ron Cropper (Parks) Mayor Barney - 5. Review & Discuss: Updates with Josh Christner, Town Attorney - Canal conversions - Honus Busk status - Drake variance 6. Review & Discuss: Water rate tiers - Parker Vercimak 7. Review & Discuss: Tracy & Jennika Knight - code violation 8.
