Staff will present the budget adoption timeline and significant assumptions that will be used in shaping the FY 2026-27 Tentative Budget and FY 2028-2031 Budget Plan. A timeline of the budget process will be presented.

8.1 MOTION: APPOINTMENT OF PLANNING COMMISSIONER
The Mayor will appoint an applicant to the Planning Commission to serve a four-year term with Council Consent.
8.2 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL TO AWARD THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR 2026 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
Sealed bids were opened on April 14, 2026. The project entails road surface treatments throughout the city.
8.3 MOTION/ RESOLUTION 26-04: APPROVAL OF THE MUNICIPAL
WASTEWATER PLANNING PROGRAM REPORT
The Utah Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) requires the City to implement the Utah Sewer
Management Program. The Resolution will approve the self-assessment report for 2025
