2. Consent Agenda
Be it hereby moved that the following consent agenda items stand approved:
a. Agenda for the April 21, 2026 City Council Regular Meeting
b. Warrants
c. Minutes of the April 7, 2026 City Council Regular Meeting
d. Conclude the warranty period and release the remainder of the bond for the Farm Meadows Subdivision located 550 North Pine Canyon Road, Midway subject to the payment of all fees due to Midway City.
3. Public Comment (At the discretion of the Mayor)
All public comment shall: 1) only be made by those physically present at the City Council meeting and only after the person states his or her name and address for the record; 2) may last no longer than 1 minute unless otherwise allowed by the Mayor; 3) must be germane to the authority of the City Council and be directly related to city programs, projects, services or events; and 4) may not address an item already on the agenda.

5. Ordinance 2026-07 / Discharge of Fireworks (Corbin Gordon, Attorney - Approximately 20 minutes) - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2026-07 prohibiting the discharge of fireworks within the Midway City limits.
6. Resolution 2026-08 / FY 2026 Budget Amendment (Brad Wilson, City Recorder - Approximately 10 minutes) - Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2026-08 amending the FY 2026 Budget for Midway City regarding audiovisual improvements and other items. Public Hearing - Public comment must be related to this item on the agenda.
7. Grant B. Kohler Trust Annexation / Further Consideration (Michael Henke, Planning Director - Approximately 15 minutes) - Discuss and possibly approve for further consideration the Grant B. Kohler Annexation located at approximately 970 South River Road.
8. Ordinance 2026-14 / Annexation Petition Signature Requirements (Brad Wilson, Recorder - Approximately 10 minutes) - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2026-14 amending Title 9 (Annexation) of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding the requirement for local governments to sign annexation petitions.
9. TAP Requests Review Committee / Assignments (Camille Palmer, Mayor's Assistant - Approximately 5 minutes) - Discuss and possibly approve assignments to be on the committee that reviews trails, arts, and parks (TAP) funding requests and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding the requests.
10. Ameyalli / Assignment Documents (Corbin Gordon, Attorney - Approximately 15 minutes) - Discuss and possibly approve documents related to the assignment of the rights and responsibilities for Ameyalli Resort located at 800 North 200 East.
11. Closed Meeting (As needed)
A closed meeting for any purpose as allowed in UCA 52-4-25.
