- SYRACUSE CITY REALTOR SERVICES REQUESTED ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate bids for Realtor Services for the sale of city-owned properties will be received by Syracuse City Administration at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse Utah, 84075 until 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time, on April 29, 2026. The Realtor Services requested consist of the following: The City currently owns two residential properties that were purchased for a road widening project and now that the project is nearing completion the remaining portions of the properties are being considered as surplus properties because they are no longer needed for municipal purposes. The City Council is considering the sale of these properties and seeks professional real estate services to facilitate the process. The properties are generally described as follows: - Property 1: 546 West 2525 South, Syracuse, UT - Property 2: 508 West 2700 South, Syracuse, UT Scope of services include property evaluation, marketing and listing, property preparation support, transaction management, and closing support. Seeking a compensation proposal to provide these services. An electronic set of Instructions to Bidders and bid details are available on our website at https://syracuseut.gov/Bids.aspx. No paper copies will be available for purchase. No pre-bid meetings or interviews will be held. Email questions to smarshall@syracuseut.gov by no later than April 23, 2026 at 12:00 pm. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
