IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, May 5, 2026 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing regarding a recommendation to approve a Concurrent Map Amendment from MDR (Medium-Density Residential) to a Community Commercial land use, and RE-12.5 (Residential Estates, Minimum lot size 12,500 sq ft) to a C-1 (Commercial) zone, with a Historic Township Overlay, on approximately .26 and 4.56 acres. Applicant/Owner: Ivins City-Owner/Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 55 North Main Street and 90 West Center Street.
