AN ORDINANCE OF THE KEARNS CITY COUNCIL AMENDING CHAPTER 2.56 OF THE KEARNS MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH THE KEARNS COMMUNITY COUNCIL AS AN OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING THE CITY'S PLANNED ANNUAL CIVIC EVENTS
