- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER TOWN COUNCIL May 5, 2026 AMENDED BUDGET 2025-2026 and TENTATIVE OPERATING BUDGET 2026-2027 Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on May 5, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Henefer Town Hall located at 150 W Center Street, Henefer, UT. The purpose of the meeting is to amend the 2025 - 2026 budget, and introduce the tentative operation budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Comments on the budget can be made in person at the Public Hearing or submitted in writing to Henefer Town Inc., P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033, prior to 4:00 on the day of the public hearing. If you wish to make a comment and/or be placed on the agenda please contact Elizabeth Breitenbeker (435) 336-5365 clerk@henefer.gov or visit us at the Henefer Town Offices, 150 W Center Street, P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the Henefer City Hall at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
