The annexation petition, map, and supporting documents are available for public review at Mayfield Town Office 52 North Main Street Mayfield, Utah during regular business hours.
The Mayfield Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed annexation on May 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Mayfield Town Hall, 52 North Main Street, Mayfield, Utah

The undersigned, duly appointed Town Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted within the Mayfield Town limits on this 15th day of April, 2026 at the following locations: 1) Mayfield Town Hall 2) Mayfield Town website at mayfieldtownut.gov 3) the Public Notice Website: http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html 4) unincorporated area within 1/2 mile of the area proposed for annexation.
