- Public Hearing on April 28, 2026 Notice is hereby given that Beaver City intends to apply for funding assistance from the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for the Beaver City Civic Center and Main Street Plaza Project. An estimated $10,000,000 is required to complete the project; the intent is to secure a low-interest loan and grant funding from CIB to support the total cost. The proposed project includes developing a central city block. This development includes demolishing and reconstructing a damaged portion of the Beaver City Office and remodeling the existing, undamaged portion of the building. The development also includes constructing two new pickleball courts, relocating and upgrading the existing playground, building a new skate park, and improving parking and circulation.
