PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mantua Town Council, Utah, will hold its Public Hearing in person at Mantua Town Hall, located at 409 North Main St., Mantua, Utah, on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
1. CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC HEARING
- Roll Call
2. PUBLIC HEARING: CULINARY WATER IMPACT FEES
- Motion to Open Public Hearing: Formal motion and vote to begin the public hearing session.
- Presentation: Overview of the proposed Culinary Water Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) and the Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) summary of updates provided by Mayor Ash.
- Public Comment: The Council will receive citizen input regarding the proposed impact fee ordinance and analysis.
o Note: Per Utah Code 11-36a-504, the IFA, lay-person summary has been available for review since April 2, 2026.
3. ACTION ITEMS
- Action Item: Discussion and potential motion to adopt the Culinary Water Impact Fee Analysis (IFA).
- Action Item: Discussion and potential motion to adopt the Impact Fee Ordinance 2026-04-16(A) for an Impact Fee Analysis and an Impact Fee for Culinary Water Services.
- Action Item: Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 2026-04-16, amending the Culinary Water Impact Fees previously established in Resolution 2023-01-19(A).
MOTION TO CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING: Formal motion and vote to adjourn the public hearing portion of the meeting.
