Public Hearing: Infrastructure & Fee Schedule - Proposed Amendments to Municipal Fee Schedule: o Road Crossing Fee: Proposed increase to a standard rate of $2,500.00 per encroachment/permit. o Sidewalk Crossing Fee: Proposal to create a new fee of $2,500.00 per encroachment/permit. 3. Fire Department & Public Safety - Department Updates: General operational reports and recent activity. - CIB Grant Application Update: - Fire Restrictions: Discussion on upcoming seasonal burn bans and safety restrictions. 4. Water & Infrastructure - Secondary Water Restrictions: Review of water usage guidelines and potential seasonal restrictions. - Sewer Survey Results: Presentation and discussion of the recent survey data collected from residents. 5. Financial & Policy Business - Budget Preparations: Preliminary discussions for the upcoming fiscal year budget. - Ordinance Update - Open Meeting Training: Required annual training for council members regarding Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act. - Fraud Risk Assessment: Annual review and reporting of the town's internal controls and fraud risk levels. 6. Closing Business - Old Business Updates: Follow-up on action items from previous meetings. - Other Matters: Open floor for miscellaneous items not specifically listed on the agenda.
