NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FIREFLY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-10 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON FRIDAY, APRIL 17, 2026, AT 10:00 AM, AT BLACKWOOD ADVISORS, LLC, 2265 MURRAY HOLLADAY ROAD, SUITE 107, HOLLADAY, UTAH 84117

1. Consider a combined board meeting for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10.
C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 board meeting held on March 17, 2026.
2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since the last board meeting.
D. Action Items
1. Consider accepting the Q1 financial statements for the 2026 calendar year.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Presentation of the 2025 Audit for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10.
2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business.
