Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments on a proposed zone change by applicant Cory Winkle for property located at approximately 700 E and 1170 N, in Richfield Utah (parcels 1-2-109 and 1-2-92). It is proposed to change 8.62 acres from the current RR-1 to R1-10.
