Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ballard City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:35 p.m. at the Ballard City Offices, 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard, UT, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed amendments to the Ballard City Fee schedule - Amending and establishing the fees charged for the processing of subdivision and land use applications. All members of the public are invited to attend. Compliance with the Americans with Disability Act. Individuals needing special accommodation during these hearings should notify Secretary Kaelyn Meyers at 435-722-3393.
