Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SUBDIVISION CODE AMENDMENTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ballard City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:15 p.m. at the Ballard City Offices, 2381 E. 1000 S. Ballard, UT, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed amendments to Title 14 - Subdivision Municipal Code. Ordinance 202605-003 The City is proposing minor corrections and amendments and additions to Title 14. All members of the public are invited to attend. Compliance with the Americans with Disability Act. Individuals needing special accommodation during these hearings should notify Secretary Kaelyn Meyers at 435-722-3393.
