Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Meeting Agenda Meeting Date and Time: Thursday, April 16, 2026, 7 PM Meeting Place: Old Town Hall (105 South 100 East) Opening Motions Excused: Suzanne Seegmiller, Chris Schow, Amy Wadley Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve March meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) Inform about the SHPO grant update. Community Outreach (Amy Wadley) - Discuss spring Alma Christiansen Lecture details. - Talk about the 2026 walking tour schedule. Archives (Sharalyn Howcroft) Present an update on the archives. History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Give an update on the Alma Christiansen booklet. Other Business Items 1. MAG is hosting a public meeting about downtown on Tuesday, April 21 at 5 PM in the Community Room. 2. Two new members of our Commission were confirmed on April 14: Grace Monson and Eleesha Tucker. 3. We need to budget for those who'd like to attend the SHPO Conference. Who will be attending? Dates to Calendar - Tuesday, April 21 MAG public comment meeting in the Community Room, 5 PM - Monday, April 27 Alma Christiansen Lecture, 6:30 PM - Thursday, May 21 Next PGHPC Meeting, at the Old Town Hall, 7 PM - Friday, June 12 SHPO Conference at historic Ogden High School, 9 AM to 4:30 PM - Wednesday, June 17 Strawberry Days historic homes walking tour, 7 PM
