- AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2025 NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Highland City Conference Room, 5400 Civic Center Drive, Suite 100, Highland, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS 1) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF JANUARY 8, 2026, MEETING. 2) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) Gretchen Homer and/or Highland City - Lunch invoice 3) ACTION TO APPROVE BUDGET/BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS DISCUSSION ITEMS: 4) UPDATES ON THE AF UPPER POND IMPORVEMENT PROJECT, PLANS: 5) STATUS OF BIDS FOR A FLYOVER AND ANY RESULTS: 6) PLANS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON IN LIGHT OF LOW MOISTURE THIS WINTER: 7) FALL CLEAN UP: 8) OTHER ITEMS: ADJOURMENT: NEXT MEETING: August 13, 2026 CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Gretchen Homer, certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the principal office of the public body, on the Utah State website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and on Highland City's website (www.highlandut.gov).
