Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 12, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Consider approving an adjustment to the impact fees for phase II of the Cove Junction Apartments similar the adjustment made or phase I.
b. Consider converting street lights owned by Rocky Mountain Power to LED for a cost savings of approximately $36,305.40 annually, and consider funding the project in the upcoming budget for fiscal year 2026-27.
c. Consider implementing a program with Service Line Warranties of America to allow residents to participate in a service line warranty program, as discussed by Ashley Shiwarski.
d. Planning Commission Report.
e. Consider approving conditional use for a La Quinta Inn hotel to be located at approximately 1150 South and College Avenue [parcel number 3-317-1], a C-2 Use in a CG Commercial General zone.
