PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning proposed amendments to the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance, Title 17. The City is proposing various text amendments to title to adopt a missing middle overlay zone in the East Central R1-10 Zoning District as well as the require a development master plan. Missing middle homes are small-scale, compact, units designed for affordability.
