- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 15th day of April 2026. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Approval of minutes from meeting on March 18, 2026. 5. Approval of appointing Gary Burnham as Planning and Zoning Chair and Dixie Marvidikis as Vice Chair. 6. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for MetalGuard Coating for Daniel Gardner. 7. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for C.C.D Services LLC for Cameron Kulow. 8. Discussion and possible approval of a garage build at 69 B Street for Rick Collins. 9. Discussion on potential simple lot subdivision for 668 Railroad Avenue for Tom Hilton. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov. I, Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 13th day of April, 2026 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
