NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Pursuant to UCA 11-36A-501 and UCA 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Highland City, located in Utah County and serving development within the City's boundaries, intends to prepare or contract to amend the impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to transportation, storm drain, pressurized irrigation, public safety (fire/police), parks, sewer, and water. The Service Area for this analysis is the entire municipal boundaries, including, for sewer, both areas previously identified in the City's sewer IFFP/IFA as 'central and southeast', and, for water, the area previously identified in the city's water IFFP/IFA as 'southeast'.
