- RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting on April 7, 2026, the following Ordinance and Resolutions were adopted: - Ordinance 999 amended Riverdale City Code Title 10, Chapter 22: Planned Residential Unit Development (PRUD) - Ordinance 1004 amended the Riverdale City Zoning Map - Ordinance 1005 amended the Riverdale City Zoning Map - Resolution 2026-07 recognized Representative Jake Sawyer - Resolution 2026-08 amended a Development Agreement with GCH Riverdale I, LLC - Resolution 2026-09 adopted the Annual Municipal Wastewater Report - Resolution 2026-10 modified the Riverdale City General Plan Land Use Map - Resolution 2026-11 approved a Development Agreement with Carmax Auto Superstores, Inc - Resolution 2026-12 approved a Development Agreement with LHM Riv Dev, LLC - Resolution 2026-13 amended a Professional Services Agreement with Hansen Planning Group I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on April 13, 2026, in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days. Any attachment for this document is available to the public upon request.
