OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, beginning at 7:45 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room.
The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting:
A. Adopt Agenda.
B. Adopt minutes of town board regular meeting held Thursday, March 19, 2026.
C. Discuss tobacco and smoke-free policy for Oak City park-DHS Students Working Against Toxins.
D. Discuss possible future Oak City Town annexation proposed by Barry Anderson.
E. Discuss county's upgrade and funding of the ballot box security system.
F. Consider & possibly adopt Resolution 2026-01, A Resolution Authorizing and Approving the Amended and Restated Power Pooling Agreement with Utah Associated Municipal Power System and Related Matters.
G. Consider & possibly adopt the parameters and accept the Resolution 2026-02 Authorizing the Issuance Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Oak City.
H. Consider & Possibly Adopt Resolution 2026-03 for the Chief Administrator Office and Record Officer.
I. Town clean-up discussion.
J. Public Comment.
K. Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reports.
L. Departmental Reports.
M. Miscellaneous.
