- Woodland Hills City Planning Commission April 15, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing followed by its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, or virtually via a Zoom link. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs.) Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Public Hearing 1. Conditional Use Application-Three Bridges Agenda 2. Call to Order- Chairman Wayne Frandsen 3. Invocation- By Invitation 4. Pledge- By Invitation 5. Public Comment- Comments are limited to two minutes or less. Only in-person comments will be included as part of the official record. Business and Discussion 6. Approval of March 18, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting Minutes 7. Recommendation to Council on Conditional Use Application for Three Bridges 8. Conditional Approval for Amended Plat for Summit Creek G-1B 9. Miscellaneous- No action will be taken on matters raised under this portion of the agenda.
