Description/Agenda: Swearing in/oath of New members approving meeting minutes for Feb stating no official meetings with votes for March due to no quorum. discuss options for Eden and Liberty bathroom point people -secretary selection and vote -Treasurer Discussion/selection (discussion and action on possibly outsourcing the treasurer position or having an OVPSA board members serve in that capacity.) -if the choice to outsource is selected, vote to approve Legal council to create an RFP -If an OVPSA board member is selected, vote to make that member the treasurer. -website/booking platform discussion and action. -projects discussion and collaborations -liberty park improvements -review current grants and project statuses
