- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments, doing business as the Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA), is soliciting proposals from qualified professional IT and graphics companies or individuals to provide Digital Marketing Services for SERDA and its various programs and nonprofits. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement based on the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals. See the attached RFP for full details. Key Dates - RFP Issued: April 13, 2026 - Proposal Submissions Due: April 20, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. MST - Anticipated Award Date: May 28, 2026 or sooner - Agreement Start Date: May 28, 2026 or sooner Proposals must be submitted via email with the subject line 'SERDA Digital Marketing Proposal' to: Jade Powell, Deputy Director - jpowell@serda.utah.gov LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
