Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments, doing business as the Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals to provide state legislative representation and lobbying services on behalf of SERDA before the Utah Legislature and relevant stakeholders. See attached RFQ packet for more details, scope of work, scoring summary, etc. Key Dates - RFQ Issued: April 13, 2026 - Submissions Due: April 20, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. MST - Anticipated Award Date: May 1, 2026 or sooner - Agreement Start Date: May 1, 2026 or sooner Submissions must be emailed with the subject line 'SERDA Lobbying Services Proposal' to: Geri Gamber, Executive Director - ggamber@serda.utah.gov LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
