CONSENT ITEMS
The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration.
1. Fireworks Restriction Map Update. Ordinance 26-13 (04-14-26).
2. Approval of Minutes: March 24, 2026 & March 31, 2026.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Council will accept public comment and may approve the following items:
1. Updates to the City of Saratoga Springs' Water Conservation Plan. Ordinance 26-14 (04-14-26).
BUSINESS ITEMS
The Council will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items:
1. Tentative Budget Presentation, FY 2026-27 Balanced Budget Report, and Summary of Budget Requests for FY 2026-27, including proposed tax rate increase to fund public safety.
2. Award of Contract for Construction for the Saratoga Road and Pony Express Widening Project with Geneva Rock. Resolution R26-17 (04-14-26).
3. Reimbursement Agreement for Meadows at North Lake with Alpine Homes LLC. Resolution R26-18 (04-14-26).
4. Reimbursement Agreement for Fox Hollow Neighborhood 4 with Grnobl Fox Hollow Owner, LLC. Resolution R26-19 (04-14-26).
5. North Marina Site Plan, located at 1192 E Saratoga Road. City initiated.
6. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, chapter 19.19 Open Space, for minimum required amenities. Citywide, City initiated. Ordinance 26-15 (04-14-26).
7. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, chapter 19.16 Site and Architectural Design Standards, for warehouse additional standards exemption. City initiated, citywide. Ordinance 26-16 (04-14-26).
8. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.16 Site and Architectural Design Standards, for building buffer requirements; and 19.02 Definition of Loading Bay. Citywide, City initiated. Ordinance 26-17 (04-14-26).
WORK SESSION
1. Utah Lake Authority - Utah Lake Access Point Master Plans Project, Sam Braegger, Deputy Director.
