a)The Committee may enter into a closed session pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-205(1)(e) to discuss the sale of real property in connection with H.B. 262 of the 2024 General Session of the Utah Legislature.
b)The Committee may enter a closed session pursuant to Utah Code §52-4-205(1)(a) to discuss the character and professional competence of individuals who are candidates to serve on the School and Institutional Trust Beneficiaries Advocacy Council.
c)The Committee may enter a closed session pursuant to Utah Code §52-4-205(1)(a) to discuss the character and professional competence of candidates interviewing for the Advocacy Director position.
10) Advocacy Committee Business
a) Action Item: Select two candidates to submit to the State Treasurer as potential appointees for the Advocacy Director position pursuant to Utah Code §53D-2-203(1)(a).
