Description/Agenda: Spanish Fork City Engineering Dept Building houses the Engineering, GIS and Inspections. The space contains offices, break room, conference room, corridors, and restrooms. The Engineering Dept hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The building will need janitorial services 2 days a week Tuesday and Thursday, after 5:30 PM or before 7:00 AM. The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals from highly experienced, professional janitorial service firms with consistent, skilled technicians who excel in the field of building janitorial care. The use of environmentally friendly cleaning products, solutions and techniques without sacrificing quality and cleanliness is desired and will be given preferential consideration.
