City Council and Redevelopment Agency Agenda April 14, 2026 Third Floor - City Council Work Room, Council Chambers, and via Zoom 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 4:00 p.m. Joint Work Session Redevelopment Agency, also acting as the City Council City Council Work Room The purpose of the joint work session includes presentations and discussions regarding: - Agenda Review for the Redevelopment Agency meeting; City Council: - Proposed Ogden Fire Interlocal Agreement with Weber County; - Proposed Managed Parking System Ordinance Amendments; - Proposed Managed Parking Fee Amendments; - Proposed Code Services and Community Risk Reduction Reorganization; - Council Business; and - Council Comments. Redevelopment Agency: - Board Business; and - Board Comments. Any items not fully addressed prior to the 6:00 p.m. Redevelopment Agency meeting may be addressed immediately following that meeting. 6:00 p.m. Redevelopment Agency Meeting City Council Chambers 1. Roll Call. 2. Opening Ceremony: a. Pledge of Allegiance. b. Moment of Silence. c. Acknowledgements. 3. Approval of Minutes: (Voice vote) a. Regular meeting of February 10, 2026 - Board member Lopez 4. Reports from the Administration: a. Exchange Building Land Transfer and Development Agreement. Proposed Resolution 2026-1 approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute a Land Transfer and Development Agreement with 600 Exchange Bldg., LLC for the redevelopment of land located at approximately 600 West Exchange Road. (Adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote) 5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding concerns or ideas on any issue or topic. To ensure that the meeting is managed in an orderly and efficient manner, public comments will be limited to three minutes or less per person, as determined by the Board Chair. Participants are to state their names for the record. Comments which cannot be made within the established time limit may be submitted to the City Council Office by email at citycouncil@ogdencity.gov, online at www.ogdencity.com/publicinput, or by voice message at 801-629-8158. 6.
