- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Wendover, Utah will hold a public hearing to discuss the project that was applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program Year 2026. Pilot Peak Water line replacement phase 7 is a continuation of replacing the existing primary water line from Pilot Peak to the water treatment plant. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, and will be held at the City of Wendover Complex, 920 East Wendover Boulevard room 115. Further information such as a copy of the proposed application can be obtained by contacting Glenn Wadsworth at 435-665- 7771. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Liliana Soriano, Clerk/Recorder, City of Wendover Complex, 920 East Wendover BLVD, 435-554-7771, at least three days prior to the hearing.
