Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE A meeting of the Board of Adjustments has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 8:30am in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main, Richfield, Utah, to discuss the appeal of Allen Zingelman. The applicant is requesting a variance on setbacks on parcel# 4-320-41 of Section 154.703 of the Sevier County Zoning Ordinance. A copy of the request can be found in the Sevier County Building and Zoning Department during regular work hours.
