- MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026 - 6:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Presentation: Mayor/Council Form of Government. 4. Motion to Reconsider: Discussion/action on Development Agreement and Subdivision Plan at 2700/2800 West 1200 South for Residential Development with David Weekly Homes for 195 Units. 5. Tabled to April: Discussion/action on Development Agreement, Concept Plan, and Subdivision at 2700/2800 West 1200 South for Commercial Development with multiple parties. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance granting access on 1200 West to Ogden Nature Center. 7. Discussion/action on Ordinance repealing and re-enacting Title 1. 8. Allotments: a. Les Olson DocuWare document archive. b. Upgrade to City Office. c. Traffic Safety Improvements for Venture Academy. 9. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 10. Arbor Day Celebration: Dedication of Keith H. Butler Bowery at City Hall Park. 11. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies the agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about April 9, 2026. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Slaterville Park, and 3) Marriott Park. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
