- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford Public Library will hold a regular meeting, reserving the right to go into executive session Friday April 10, 2026, at the library, 401 South 100 West, Milford, Utah 84751 at 5:00 PM. 1. 5:00 PM WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER 2. Old Business: a. Minutes from the previous meeting 3. New Business: a. IMLS conference b. Open House c. Board member comments, questions, and concerns 4. Adjournment BOARD MEMBERS: Jaynell Bailey, Shanyce Maxwell, Evelyn Wright, Lynae Malchus, Meaghan Ah-Fook, Lydia Gross, Sherri Yardley, Wayne Wiseman, Council Member Scott Symond, Library Director Cynthia Carter, Assistant Librarian Lacey Wiseman. Certification of delivery and posting: The undersigned, duly appointed and acting Library Director does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted in three public places within the city limits on this day, Apr 8, 2026. Those places being 1) the Milford City Office, 2) Milford Public Library, and 3) U.S. Post Office. The foregoing notice and agenda was also delivered to each member of the Library Board and posted on Utah.gov/pmn. Milford City Library Director
