NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Minersville Town Planning Commission on Monday April 27, 2026 starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall 60 West Main Street, Minersville Utah. The Public Hearing will be held to discuss a proposed zone change. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items.
1. Consider a Zone Change, from Open Space to Single Family Residential for Blake Harrison.
Parcel #04-0012-0010 located at 343 South 100 West, Minersville Utah.
2. Consider a Zone Change from Single Family Residential to Algaculture for Tayor Pearson.
Parcel #004-0010-0012 located at 315 West 400 South, Minersville Utah.
Zoning map and zoning uses are available for review at the Minersville Town Office.
The owner of any real property within the area proposed to be amended on the Zoning Map may file a written objection to the inclusion of their property to the Minersville Town Council. Written objections must be submitted no later than 10 calendar days after the public hearing which will be held April 27, 2026, to the Town Clerk at the Minersville Town Hall 60 West Main, PO Box 159, Minersville Utah 84752
