BOARD MEETING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8TH, 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Davis Water District will hold its regular Board Meeting at the District Office located at 407 W. 3100 S., Bountiful, Utah, at the time given above. The Public is invited to attend this meeting.

This meeting may be held as an electronic meeting with one or more Trustees participating via speaker telephone. The anchor location will be the regular meeting place of the Board of Trustees of the South Davis Water District located at 407 West 3100 South, Bountiful, Utah.
If you are not on the agenda, the Board of Trustees will not be able to discuss your item of business until another meeting. For most items it is desirable for the Board of Trustees to be informed of background information prior to consideration at a Board Meeting. 1) Call To Order - Welcome to all those present.

3) Board member reports.
4) Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the previous board meeting that was held on March 11th, 2026.
5) Consider a motion to approve the March 2026 expenses as presented on the expense report.
6) Review and discuss the District's Strengths, Vulnerabilities, and Opportunities Assessment.
7) Manager's Report and Discussion
a. Update on PFAS mitigation and CDBG grant progress.
b. Irrigation reservoir trunk line inspections and repairs.
c. Update on the District's 2025 independent audit.
d. Update on District's 2025 Consumer Confidence Report.
e. Update on current water conditions and drought mitigation.
f. Presentation of key takeaways from the Rural Water and Water User's Conferences.
g. Present quarterly financial reports.
8) Closed Session:
Motion to adjourn to closed session, if necessary, for reasons permitted under UCA 52-4-205.
