- TOWN OF MANILA PUBLIC HEARING MEETING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M. SENIOR/COMMUNITY CENTER 165 E HWY 43, MANILA, UTAH PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manila will hold a public hearing on APRIL 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as feasible, at the Senior Center/Community Center, located at 165 E Hwy 43, Manila, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding proposed increases to culinary water and sewer connection fees, as well as water impact rates, along with updates to the consolidated fee schedule. These changes are intended to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of the utility systems and to ensure the consolidated fee schedule accurately reflects the revised rates. Public comments are encouraged and may be submitted in person at the scheduled hearing or via email to jennifera@manilautah.com. All comments will be shared with the Town Council and included in the public record. Written comments must be received prior to the start of the meeting to be considered. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should call the Manila Town Clerk at 435-784-3143 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
