Notes: Public Comment-Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Everyone will have up to two minutes to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comments at this time. At the conclusion of each public comment, the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded.
The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to the Utah Code annotated 52-4-5 (to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or acquisition of property).
Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Town Council and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs. in advance.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, services, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice.
