- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Payson City Center, Council Chambers, 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, and virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding amendments to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget.
