4. Ordinance 2026-11: Planning Commission. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-11 regarding the Planning Commission.
5. Ordinance 2026-09: Enforcement Code. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-09 regarding an Enforcement Code.
6. Resolution 2026-17: Adopting the Enforcement Code. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-17 adopting a Code Enforcement code.
