Closed Session for discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, and as a strategy session to discuss pending or imminent litigation, strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares. 4. RESOLUTION 04-08-2026 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ASHLEY VALLEY WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AUTHORIAING THE ACQUISITION OF WATER RIGHTS BY EMINENT DOMAIN AND APPROVING A BONA FIDE OFFER.
