- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD of MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AMENDMENT APPLICATION # Z-2026-015 Requesting a Zone Change from Agriculture to Heavy Industrial Notice is hereby given that the Board of Millard County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:15 a.m. at the Millard County Courthouse, Commission Chambers, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on a Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment application to change the zoning of the property described below from Agriculture (AG) to Heavy Industrial (HI) located approximately 11000 N 400 W (Holden); and more particularly described as: W1/2 & W1/2 SE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM. [APN: 5239] Containing 400.00 acres, more or less W1/2 NE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM. [APN: 5236] Containing 80.00 acres, more or less W1/2 E1/2 NE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM. [APN: 5235] Containing 40.00 acres, more or less E1/2 E1/2 NE1/4 SEC 31, T18S, R4W, SLM. [APN: 5235-1] Containing 40.00 acres, more or less E1/2 SE1/4 SEC 30, T18S, R4W, SLM. [APN: 5234] Containing 80.00 acres, more or less A copy of the application for the proposed zone change is available for review and inspection at the Millard County Offices, 71 South 200 West, Delta, Utah, and the Millard County Clerk's Office, 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6; Fillmore, UT.
