3. Approve Minutes of February 11, 2026, meeting with the corrections discussed

4. Sherrif's report: sheriff not in attendance
5. Amalga Town Celebration - Stacy Rindlisbacher- not in attendance

7. Colton Oryall zoning concern

8. Dog and rabies clinic: March 28th 10 -11:30
9. Council reports:
a. Paul Hansen,
i. Talked to Jeff Norr will take care of park again
ii. Will get new trees at the beginning of April
iii. 250-year celebration. For the 4th of July: would like to come up with a way of marking the occasion.
iv. RAPZ tax forms in
v. Got RAPZ plaques for past projects
vi. Howard fixed the water
b. Colette Dursteler,
i. Smithfield Fire department, Wildfire preventative packet needs signature
ii. How many bags do fill for the Easter egg hunt: 100-150
iii. Meeting this Friday with the youth council, anything else that we need to discuss with them besides Easter Egg hunt, Town Celebration.
iv. The winter social had 18 seniors and 11 youth. Great turn out.
c. Mark Cowley,
i. We did have a positive test for Chloroforms but no e coli it was at Howard Kunz. Who was on the state approved list. You have 24 hours to retest and turn it around.
ii. Ben Harrper called and he is over the water samplings Bear River Health Department will no longer be sampling our water. To stay Compliant with the state we'll have to find another way to sample. By doing our own sampling. We could push it to Kaycee Johns but that will cost us a couple of hours. Mayor volunteered to collect samples.
d. Rayslyn Larsen
i. Chandler Scholly got zoning clearance. Will start construction in one to two months
ii. Charlie Erickson came in and talked about what kind of code we will need to add to our existing book or use the Conditional use permit.
iii. P&Z will have to go through and work out the guidelines of what will work for our town.
iv. Colton Oryall: he put in a complaint about Kent Petersen and his gravel pit. The town came back with conditions for him. Part of the conditional use is you have one year to comply, and it has been two years. Mark Cowley and Dave Wood will go and talk to Kent Petersen next week.
v. Mark: Concern about the milking barn that was turned into an apartment they are not going to do anything until the board issues the eviction notice in May. Colette will check into it. She will talk to Dave Lee and see what the next step will be.
10. Mayor's report
