Item No. 1 Approval of Minutes: The Planning Commission will consider approval of the minutes of March 11th, 2026. (MINUTES)

Item No. 2 Parcel 02-092-0049 Rezone Public Hearing: The Planning Commission will take comments and questions from the public regarding a request to rezone Parcel 02-092-0049, a 3-acre parcel located in the general area of 370 N 100 W. The property is currently zoned Agricultural (AGR); the applicant is requesting R-1-6.
