Notice of Wasatch County Council Work Meeting Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Council will hold a work session on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers in the Wasatch County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah. The public is welcome to attend and participate in this meeting real-time either in-person or by joining the Zoom Webinar at https://wasatchcounty.gov/openmeeting. A recording of the meeting may also be viewed afterwards at https://wasatchcout.portal.civicclerk.com. Agenda Order of Agenda Items Subject to Change without Notice Call to Order 1. Notice: Prayer/Remark and Pledge of Allegiance have been moved to the Solid Waste Special Service District meeting that will take place prior to the council work meeting. Public Comment Public comments will be accepted in-person or via Zoom Webinar. Please limit comments to three minutes. If action is necessary, the item will be listed on a future agenda. The Council may elect to discuss the item if it is an immediate matter of concern. Email public comments to publiccomment@wasatchcounty.gov. Call for Agenda Items Council Items 1. Board of Health Annual Report - Kendall Crittenden 2. Update on Red, White, and Blue Festival Celebration - Colleen Bonner 3. Discussion on council vacancy process. - Alex Stoedter 4. Discussion regarding a public-safety facility-needs assessment report commissioned in 2025 and finalized in 2026 by architectural firm EDA - Heber Lefgren, Assistant County Manager Council/Board Reports Manager's Report Closed Session - as needed Closed sessions may be held in accordance with Utah State Code 52-4-205 to discuss the following: Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property; Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. Adjournment In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Clerk's Office at 435-657-3190 at least one day prior to the meeting.
