PUBLIC INPUT/ REPORTS (Limited to three (3) minutes) Non-Agenda Items F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. PUBLIC HEARING: Revised Mountain Zone District - Greg Sant, Planning and Building Administrator. Proposed revision of the Mountain Overlay Zone to a new Mountain Zone District that would be used at Aspen Meadows. 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Aspen Meadows General Plan Amendment and Zone Change - Greg Sant, Planning and Building Administrator. Proposed General Plan Amendment and Zone Change for the Aspen Meadows annexed area. 3. ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION: Revised Mountain Zone District - Greg Sant, Planning and Building Administrator.
