Ephraim City Housing Authority Ephraim City Building; 5 South Main; Ephraim Tuesday, April 7, 2026; 5:15 p.m. Call to Order: Rob Cherry Housing Authority Members: Rob Cherry, Sharon Cherry, Curtis Ray, Don Saltzman, Theressa Alder, Amie Olsen Lorna Olson - Executive Director Visitors - Katie Witt, and Mayor Chris Larsen City Council Member Action Items: 1. Approve minutes from February 24, 2026. 2. Discuss commissioner and chairperson terms. 3. Introduce ECHA mission to mayor and city manager. 4. Evaluate new ECHA program and discuss possible changes. Note: The Ephraim City Housing Authority may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. This facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available. Request for accommodations and interpretive services must be made three (3) working days prior to the meeting. Please contact the city office at (435) 283-4631 for information or assistance. From time to time, matters are discussed by Ephraim City Housing Authority (ECHA) that do not appear on the posted agenda. Items that require/request action taken by ECHA will appear in the Action Items section of each posted agenda. Submitted Action Items for the agenda must be submitted to the ECHA Executive Director by the Friday prior to the meeting and should be accompanied by any and all supporting written documentation. Without such documentation, the executive director reserves the right to postpone the hearing of any item until such documentation has been submitted.
