- The proposed zoning map amendment is to change the zoning from agricultural to residential estates on 5 parcels that are being subdivided for residential use. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
